Step1:Wash and clean the fresh abalone. Use abalone meat cutter for standby.
Step2:Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water and set aside.
Step3:Rinse scallops and soak in warm water.
Step4:The flower knife of abalone should be cut carefully. Don't cut it.
Step5:Slice the scallion. Slice the ginger for later use.
