Cooking tips:1. I bought this tofu the day before yesterday. I usually cut the tofu into triangles, put it in a non stick pot and fry it in a small amount of oil. But one disadvantage is that the water in the tofu is reduced. It's dry to eat. So I'll stew it with water for a while. Tofu doesn't taste so dry. 2. Never put too much raw soy sauce. Otherwise, it's ugly. 3. I'm coming out of the pot I poured a little vinegar on the edge of the pot. It's delicious. If you like, you can pour a little vinegar on it. 4. If you thicken it, you can use any kind of starch. Because I just finished the cake and only have cornstarch at hand, so I have skills in making delicious dishes.
