Step1:Do not put the flour and milk all at once. Add the dough in turn after the dough is too dry or too wet. It is better not to have too much flour. Otherwise, it will be dry. The taste is not so soft. It needs to be kneaded into a smooth dough that is not sticky at all. Then let it stand for 2 hours.
Step2:After exhausting, divide into small groups. Add fermentation function in the oven for about 10 minutes. Put a little salt into the final egg liquid. It will taste better.
