I like Spanish mackerel all the time. But the smell of Spanish mackerel is really great. I learned by chance that tofu can cover the smell of Spanish mackerel. So I tried it. The result was unexpected. It was delicious. I shared it with my friends.
Step1:Clean up Spanish mackerel, cut it into small pieces, add salt, make wine and pepper taste for 20 minute
Step2:Diced scallion, ginger and garlic for us
Step3:You can fry tofu into golden yellow on both sides before fish tast
Step4:Heat the oil in the pot. Fry the Spanish mackerel on the top to make it golden on both side
Step5:Add a little salad oil, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and other ingredients into the pot (i.e. choking the pot). Add a large bowl of hot water after the fragrance is stirred. Then add the sweet sauce, cooking wine and sugar. Bring the water to boil, add the Spanish mackerel five minutes later, add the tofu. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the chicken essence
