Spicy and delicious. Sliced meat is smooth, tender and refreshing. Especially for dinner. I use lean meat. The best is pork tenderloin. The taste is more tender.
Step1:Cut pork lean and lean meat or tenderloin into thin slices. Put them into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp white pepper, 1 egg white, some starch, and some salt. Marinate for 15 minute
Step2:Side dishes. You can use whatever you like. Here I use bean sprouts and small green vegetables
Step3:Chopped scallion, ginger, garlic, dried peppers, dried peppers and prickly peppers. They are mainly chopped to make chili noodles. They are used as ingredients. The production method is to pour a small amount of oil into the hot pot. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the dried pepper sections, prickly peppers and stir them in a small heat to produce the fragrance. Take out and chop them with a knife (when making any spicy dish, rarely use the chili noodles bought outside. They are all made by yourself. Especially fragrant
Step4:1 tbsp Pixian bean paste, 1 small hot pot ingredients, 1 tbsp white sesame, chopped shallot, fried pepper and chili noodles. Don't cut too much. You can see small pieces
Step5:Cool oil in hot pot. Pour in chopped onion, ginger and garlic when the oil temperature rises. Burst the fragranc
Step6:Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry it into red oi
Step7:Pour in the hot pot ingredients. Use a spatula to shred them. Fry them
Step8:Pour some water into the pot. Add some salt. Bring to a boil
Step9:Add bean sprouts and cook for about 1 minute. Then add vegetable
Step10:Take out the boiled bean sprouts, vegetables and put them at the bottom of the soup bow
Step11:When the water is relatively open, put in the meat slices. Don't pour them in all at once. Put them in one by one. It's easier to cook them. Cook the meat slices slowly on a low heat. Don't stir them frequently to prevent the thickening. Cook them until they turn white and then stir them
Step12:Cook until the meat is white on both sides. Clamp it with chopsticks. It's smooth. Take out the meat and put it in the soup bowl
Step13:Take the soup out of the pot and pour it into the soup bowl. Don't overdo it. Just a little bit without sliced meat. Enlarge the garlic, shallot and chili noodles
Step14:In another pot, pour in the right amount of oil. Heat to 80 or 90% heat, pour it on the meat three times. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds
