Step1:Prepare the flour. Stir with chopsticks in one direction while pouring in warm water. Stop pouring until all flour has been mixed into floccules. Start kneading the flour on the chopping board. Knead until it is even. Put it in the basin. Cover with plastic wrap. Wake up for 20 minutes.
Step2:Prepare leeks and cut them into small pieces.
Step3:Put in the egg in the bowl. Put in a little salt. Break it up with chopsticks. Heat the oil in the pot. Pour in the egg after the oil is hot. Stir with chopsticks. Turn off the fire after the egg changes color. Then start to clamp it into a small piece with chopsticks.
Step4:Mix the egg, shrimp skin, dumpling powder, chicken essence, oil (turn around), sesame oil and sauce into leek. Stir it as little as possible. It's easy to make soup. But mix it well. Remember not to put salt.
Step5:The wake-up noodles are cut like dumplings.
Step6:Rolling skin. Moderate thickness.
Step7:Put more stuffing in the leather. I'm not afraid it can't be wrapped. Less stuffing is not delicious.
Step8:Pour a circle of oil into the electric cake. Heat the oil and put it into the wrapped leek box. Close the lid. Turn over for about 12 minutes and cover.
Step9:That's almost good. Get out of the pot.
Step10:It's really delicious with thin skin and filling. The sesame oil and sauce in it are put according to my own preference. I prefer to put the sauce and sesame oil in it.
