Step2:Put the washed black chicken into a bowl, add onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, flower wine, Cordyceps flower, angelica, red dates, wrap the plastic film (to prevent the steam from flowing in and affecting the taste) and steam for 1 hour
Step3:Take the steamed black chicken soup and taste it. Put some monosodium glutamate to improve the taste. Just put a few medlar perfectly
