The sweet and sour pork ribs are delicious tonight. The family have eaten them all.
Step1:Drain the spareribs in cold water.
Step2:Cut up the scallion and ginger.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot. Heat the oil and put in the lollipop.
Step4:Stir fry the rock sugar to caramel color. Stir fry the ribs. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir fry the ribs in cold water for several times. Add the scallions and ginger slices. Turn the heat to low heat and smolder for 40 minutes, then turn the heat to collect the juice.
