Step1:Wash the spareribs. Put them into the pot. Add cold water. Add scallion, ginger, pepper and octagonal salt. Boil skimming in high heat. Then simmer for half an hour in low heat.
Step2:Take out the ribs. Keep the soup for later use.
Step3:Put some oil in the pot. Add pepper to the oil and fry it to make it fragrant. Then add sugar. Boil it over low heat. Add soy sauce. Pour the ribs into the pan and stir fry for coloring.
Step4:Add in the sweet and sour juice (three teaspoons of vinegar, four teaspoons of soup, two teaspoons of cooking wine, right amount of salt, right amount of chicken powder) and stir. Stir evenly, then add the soup that has submerged the ribs
Step5:Stew over medium heat. Then collect the juice over high heat. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the plate.
Cooking tips:Keep stirring the boiling sugar on a small fire, or it will be burnt and caramel. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
