Step1:Melt the sugar and yeast powder in 125ml warm water and pour 250g of ordinary flour. Stir with chopsticks to form floccules. Then knead it into a smooth dough by hand (about 5 minutes later). Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place until it is twice as large. Take it out and rub it for several minutes. Roll it into a pancake bottom of 0.3cm left and right with a rolling pin.
Step2:Mix the sauce (mix the scallion, sesame, ham sausage, salt and hot oil in a bowl) and brush it evenly on the bottom of the cake. Roll it up and cut it into equal parts with a knife. Fold them up and press them down with chopsticks. Put it in the pot and ferment for 20 minutes. Steam on the heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat for 5 minutes. Finis
