I'm very tangled at dinner every afternoon. I eat long meat. I don't want to eat it and I think there's something missing. I always want to eat something that doesn't grow meat and has flavor. I made this five flavor quail egg. I feel that it meets my two requirements.
Step1:Put the cleaned quail eggs into the pot in cold water. Boil for about 5 minute
Step2:Drain the boiled quail eggs and put them into a stainless steel basin. Then pour them into a basin of the same size. Shake it up and down a few times to make the eggshells crumble without rotting. It's convenient for later taste
Step3:Boil the water again. Put tea, pepper and other spices in turn after the water boils. Boil for about 10 minutes and then add the raw sugar.
Step4:After smelling the flavor of spices, add the prepared quail eggs. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. When turning off the heat, pay attention to taste the salt taste. Because it's very important for quail eggs to taste and color. Be sure to add enough salt taste and soy sauce. It can taste heavier than usual.
Step5:Don't pull it out first after turning off the fire. Soak it in the container for one night. Pull out the quail eggs the next day. Drain the marinade to the seasoning residue. Put it in a fresh-keeping box without water or oil. Put it in the refrigerator for a few days.
Cooking tips:1. Quail eggs must be crushed. 2. Salt taste. Sauce taste should be heavier. 3. Soaking time must be longer. There are skills to make dishes delicious.
