From the north to the south of China, I found that the sweet and sour pork ribs are a fusion of the two cultures. Southerners and northerners love to eat. It's suitable for the old and the young. It's a dish loved by both men and women.
Step1:Wash off the blood foam with wate

Step6:Add Yanjing U8 beer, spare ribs, cooking wine, thirteen spices, cinnamon and anise leaves, onion, ginger and garlic, 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of old soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step7:Add green and red pepper rings in 20 minutes. Heat to collect the juice until it is thick
Step8:Pour the thick soup on the pot and sprinkle the fragrant vegetable foam. It's a success.
Cooking tips:The ribs should be boiled in cold water. Don't worry about the sugar color. Control the small fire and stir fry until it is jujube red. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
