Step1:Chop the ribs and wash them.
Step2:Put the spareribs in the pot and boil them with water, then remove the foam.
Step3:Cooking wine + soy sauce + starch + thirteen spices + chopped onion, ginger and garlic. Then put the spareribs into marinate for half an hour.
Step4:Sugar and vinegar juice (rice wine + soy sauce + vinegar + sugar + oyster sauce
Step5:Add some oil to the pot and heat it up. Add in the onion and ginger. Fry the ribs until golden. Pour in the sugar and vinegar juice.
Step6:Then pour in boiled water. Just before the ribs.
Step7:Put tangerine peel and ice sugar in the pan and cover with the lid for 30 minutes. Add some salt before going abroad. Collect the juice in high heat.
