Step6:Rub the strip and start with one end. Tap it slowly with a rolling pin. Continue on the opposite side. Then fold it in half. About ten minutes.
Step7:I made a meal bag today, so I didn't reach the level of the film. The fermentation process will not be written. After fermentation, pat and press to exhaust, and then divide into six facial preparations. You can use any method. Just knead it.
Step8:Roll each pasta into a round crust. Then pack in the red bean paste filling. Put it on the baking tray with the mouth closed and face down.
Step9:Fermentation at 40 ℃ for 30 minutes.
Step10:Brush the egg liquid on the surface. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds. Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Then bake for 20 minutes.
Step11:After ten minutes of baking, I covered a piece of aluminum foil. It won't be too dark. The color baked today is OK.
Cooking tips:I don't think it's too much trouble to use the whole egg liquid. If I use the yolk liquid, it should look better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
