I suddenly want to try curry food. I opened the refrigerator and found that there was a small package of duck meat. I decided to try potato curry duck meat.

Step2:Dice the potatoes and carrots. Cut the ginger and garlic. Cut the chili into small circles. Pass the oil over the potatoes. It tastes better. Fry the potatoes and set them up
Step3:Pour in some cooking oil in the hot pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the ginger and garlic and stir fry to make it fragrant. Add a small spoon of spicy rice powder. Pour in the potatoes and carrots and stir fry them. Then pour in the duck and stir fry them. Add salt and soy sauce to make sure they are right. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add water to make the water not exceed the ingredients
Step4:When the water boils, add a proper amount of curry powder (I add a small spoon and a half). Stir occasionally during this period. The soup becomes more and more thick. Add in the small pepper ring section (if you like spicy food, you can put it more often, subject to your own taste
Step5:When the juice is collected, it will be put into a pan. A dish of potato, curry and duck meat will come out
