Step1:Prepare sauerkraut, onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper and other auxiliary material

Step10:In a hot pot, add a little oil and pepper. Heat the oil and pour it on the fish slices with garlic and scallion. The pickled fish is successful. It's very satisfying with a bowl of rice.
Cooking tips:1 - do not leave the fish in the pot for too long, or it will be fragile, smooth and ripe. It tastes smooth and elastic. 2 - fish and pickles should be cleaned, or the soup will be turbid and affect the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
