Every year, I buy a lot of them. After they are processed, they are divided into small parts and frozen in the refrigerator. Take one out when you want to eat. Cut into different shapes. Used for different cooking methods. For example, kelp silk can be cold mixed. Kelp buckle can be used for soup or hot pot. Kelp slice can be used for stewing, etc. Today, I'd like to share a way of making kelp buckle with pickled peppers.
Step1:First rinse the kelp. Then steam the whole piece in the pot. The steamed kelp has no mucus. It's easy to cut. It's soft and sticky. It tastes very good.
Step2:Roll up the steamed kelp, cut it into wide strips, and then make a knot to make a kelp buckle. It's OK to cut it into pieces. The kelp buckle is better.
Step3:Cut the millet into 3 circles, garlic into 5 slices and ginger into 2 or 3 slices.
Step4:Put the kelp in the big bowl. Add the spicy millet, garlic and ginger slices. Add a little pickled pepper juice, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of vinegar and a little salt.
