One of the most popular dishes in our family. It's easy to operate with the help of pressure cooker.
Step1:Wash the spareribs in cold water and put them in the pot. Boil them and remove them for later us
Step2:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger and garlic. Stir fry ribs for a while. Pour in 3 spoonfuls of cooking wine and stir fry
Step3:Pour in 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of old soy sauce, and half of the sugar (better ice sugar). Stir fry and color. Pour in boiling water (be sure to boil water) just before the ribs. Bring to a boil. Pour into the high-pressure pot (I use the electric high-pressure pot). Simmer for 40 minutes. Like to have a chewy taste and simmer for 20 minutes
Step4:Stewe
Step5:Then pour the spareribs back into the pot. Our family likes to put some boiled eggs in and burn them together (the children help to peel them out of order. Ha ha). It's easy to taste the eggs with a few strokes on them
Step6:Put in the boiled egg. Collect the juice over high heat. Taste it and add salt properly. Finally, sprinkle the onion to make the pot.
Step7:Hard dishes are ready for dinner.
