Step1:Gelatine tablet in ice wate
Step2:Diced mango and milk. Mash sugar into mango puree with a blende
Step3:Heat on low heat. Add in the gelatine and stir slowly to melt
Step4:Use the filter screen to filter the mango sauc
Step5:Pour into pudding mould. Refrigerate for more than 2 hour
Step6:I also made a layer of milk pudding on it. Stir the hot milk and the soft gelatin until it is completely melted. Then pour in the mango pudding which has been frozen to the surface.
