Step1:Clean the wrasse and drain the water for standb
Step2:Heat the oil to about 150 degrees. Fry the shrimps for three minutes.
Step3:Fry until the surface is crispy, then scoop up shrimps and strain oil.
Step4:Leave oil at the bottom of the pot. Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Stir fry shrimps with wrasse.
