Step4:Pour in the rattan pepper juice or shredded mustard. Stir fry for 30 seconds, and then turn off the heat. Note - if you add the sauce, remember to pay attention to the dosage. Try to reduce it. Because the pickle itself has strong seasoning ability. It will be salty after steaming.
Step5:Put the tofu on the plate. Sprinkle the minced meat on the tofu evenly. Put it in the steamer. Steam over medium or high heat for about 10 minutes. Note - use a deep dish or bowl as much as possible. The soup will come out after steaming. The dish will overflow if it is too shallow.
Step6:Don't steam too long. Otherwise, the minced meat will not taste good when it's old. After it's taken out, sprinkle it evenly with scallion and millet pepper. I'll pour another spoonful of sesame oil into it if I like the fragrance.
