The spring bamboo shoots are light, fresh and tender, nutritious. They are known as all kinds of meat and vegetables . The perfect match with the streaky pork looks more fresh, fragrant and beautiful.
Step1:Prepare ingredients-1. Peel, wash and cut the bamboo shoots (the old part of the roots should not be cut). Boil the water in the pot. Put in the bamboo shoots. Cooking tips:1. The older part of the root of the bamboo shoot should be removed. The bamboo shoot must be blanched and boiled for a few minutes.
