Step1:Pour the flour, egg, salt and yeast (diagonally) into the basin in turn. When mixing again, add a small amount of warm water and flour several times.
Step2:Put on the plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature. The temperature is high in May, and the fermentation speed is very fast. This picture is like fermenting to twice the size.
Step3:Check whether the dough is fermented. Check whether the dough has this honeycomb structure when it is pulled open. If so, it will be fermented very well.
Step4:Take out the dough and exhaust. Be careful not to rub it. Press it. The dough is then shaped into a square shape.
Step5:Spread a layer of black sesame paste on the dough (you can change it for others, such as bean paste, jam, cheese...) . put in the apple seeds and cooked red beans (from the supermarket). Roll them up from one end. Wrap the stuffing in. Make sure to press tightly at the end.
Step6:The shape is as shown in the figure (after kneading the long strip, make the dough into a circle and put one end into another port). Divide into 8 equal parts with bread knife. Then cut two thirds with scissors.
Step7:The second fermentation can be carried out to 1.5 times the original size.
Step8:Put the whole egg on the surface of the bread. Sprinkle some coconut (can be changed into almond slices, sesame, etc.).
Step9:Put it in the oven for 170 ℃. 15 minutes (or adjust it according to your own oven. If you do more, you will know how long it will be cooked in general).
Step10:Cross section as shown.
