Step10:Put in the marinated bullfrog meat. Add 2 spoons of cooking wine. Stir fry. You can start adding salt here. It's tasty. Add a little more if it's heavy. For example, I'll add 3 spoons.
Step11:There's no need to add water, because there's enough oil. It's better not to add water. Stir fry until the meat is cooked. The meat will be cooked in about 15 minutes.
