Step1:Prepare ingredients. Cut asparagus. Shred onion.
Step2:In a large saucepan, stir fry the Italian style bacon. Stir continuously until the edge turns golden.
Step3:Add butter to the pan, add asparagus and leek, stir fry until cooked. About 34 minutes.
