Step1:Slice the tenderloin. Add starch, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and egg white. Mix well. Marinate for 10-20 minute

Cooking tips:1. Cut the meat thinly; 2. When the meat is in the pot, don't stir it with chopsticks immediately. Wait a few seconds and then stir it to avoid the meat sticking together. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
