Always wanted to eat boiled meat. Finally, I did it when I had time. It was quite simple.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Slice the meat. Add some starch and cooking wine. Marinate for a while. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Change the knife for other vegetables according to your preference.
Step2:Hot pot of cold oil. Add the prepared onion, ginger, garlic and pepper. Stir fry until fragrant. Then add two spoonfuls of bean paste. Stir fry the red oil. Add water.
Step3:After adding water, turn it up. Boil the water. Prepare to scald the vegetables.
Step4:Scald the prepared vegetables in the pot, and then put them in the dish container.
Step5:After all the vegetables are scalded, put the meat in and cook it. Take it out and put it on the top. (I prefer vegetables, so I have less meat.
Step6:Pour the soup into the vessel. Sprinkle dry pepper on it. Then start the pot and burn the oil. Pour the hot oil on the front.
Step7:At last, it can be served with rice.
Cooking tips:The taste I made is light. People who like to eat spicy food can add some hot pot ingredients. It's more exciting. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
