Step1:Wash the saury in autumn. Cut pepper into small pieces. Slice ginger for later use.
Step2:Hot oil. Pour in pepper. Add ginger to the saury.
Step3:Stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in tempeh. More or less. According to personal preference.
Step4:Finally pour in a small half bowl of water. Just cover the fish.
Step5:Three minutes. to flavor. Salt. Oyster sauce. Thicken the sauce to make it out of the pot.
