Step1:Wash pork. Cut into long strips for use. Cut a small opening at one end of the pork. It's used to tie a rope.
Step2:After the pork is cut, put sugar first to marinate. The fat meat that has been put sugar first will be more refreshing after being exposed to the sun.
Step3:Chop up the ginger and set aside. Squeeze the ginger juice out of the bacon. Sprinkle the ginger powder on it. Sprinkle salt on the meat.
Step4:Pour white wine into the meat. Finally pour in the soy sauce, mix well and marinate for two days.
Step5:Tie the pickled pork with a rope. Hang the cured pork in a well ventilated place for drying.
Step6:Wash the dried bacon with hot water first. Wash two cups of Japonica Rice and one cup of glutinous rice. Add three cups of slightly more water. Then put the bacon into the pot. Press the cooking switch.
Step7:Steamed rice and bacon. They taste super good. Some taste the same as meat dumplings.
