Fish flavored shredded pork is a classic dish. It's also a home-made dish popular with the public. Step11:Then pour the mixture into the pan and stir well.
Step12:Pour in sesame oil and stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
Cooking tips:Fungus should be soaked in advance. It can be washed cleaner with a little salt. Fish sauce should be adjusted ahead of time so that the pork will be fresh and tender.
