Step1:Stewed chicken wing
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Don't use too much. Add ginger slices, red onion and stir until fragrant. Add chicken wings and stir until the surface is yellowish
Step3:Add mash at one time. Boil over high heat. Add a little old soy sauce. Don't color it too much. Cover with medium heat and burn for about 15 minutes
Step4:Add in the asparagus. Add in the soy sauce and salt. Cook for another 58 minutes
