Step4:When the syrup is cooked, immediately pour in the fried taro. Quickly turn it over. Then turn off the fire immediately. Take it away from the stove and turn it over all the time. Sprinkle with scallion. Let the sugar stick on. Turn it over until the sugar is evenly stuck on the taro.
Step5:When the syrup is dry, put it on a plate. That's it. A plate looks like snow and ice. It's good to have the taro in the mouth.
Cooking tips:1. Taro peeling. Wear gloves when cutting. Otherwise, your hands will itch. 2. White sugar can be controlled by yourself. Those who like to eat sweet can be a little more. 3. At last, fry the cooked taro into the syrup and turn it off immediately. Turn it over and over quickly and let the syrup completely cover the taro. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
