Step6:Insert a bamboo stick into the outside of the pig's stomach. It's about 1 inch thick.
Step7:When inserted, it turns down like a sweater needle, and the wool goes around the needle.
Step8:Repeat three times. Then remove the extra bamboo sticks.
Step9:Add some water to the pot. Blanch the pork tripe and keel slightly.
Step10:After blanching the water, pour it out and add 2.5 liters of water to the pork tripe and the keel to boil.
Step11:Add pepper and pepper.
