I bought a big bag of dried tea tree mushrooms to cook soup. I didn't want to cook it all the time. Just cook and eat it.
Step1:Cut off the roots of Agrocybe aegerita. Tear up the adherent parts one by one. Put it into a big bowl and soak it. Just soak it.
Step2:After tea tree mushroom is soft, change water to clean. After washing, wring out the water. Boil some boiling water. Put in the tea tree mushroom after the water boils. Boil again and take out about half a minute. Cool down with cold water. Then wring out the water.
Step3:Heat up the oil pan. Heat up the oil, then add the garlic and saute it. When the garlic is fragrant, add the tea tree mushroom and stir fry. As the tea tree mushroom is tangled when it is just wrung dry, it needs to be shaken off with a spatula when it is stir fried.
Step4:Stir fry the tea tree mushroom for about 3 minutes. Add in the sauce. Stir well. Close the fire and let it out when the water is almost dry. Put five spice powder, a small amount of sugar and a small amount of raw meal into the sauce. Stir while adding soy sauce and fish sauce. Then add oyster sauce, oil and water. Continue to stir. Finally, bring out half a bowl of sauces.

Cooking tips:Five spice powder is made by my mother. It's used to increase the flavor. It can be replaced by black pepper powder or not. Fish sauce is also used to add flavor. It can be replaced by salt or put more soy sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
