Autumn and winter is a good time to stick on the fat. A stewed pork ribs rice makes my partner and I enjoy it.
Step1:Preparation stage. Soak the ribs for about half an hour, wash them and drain the water. Step2:Dice onion, carrot, potato, tomato, onion and ginger.
Step3:Heat the oil to 80% and pour in the ribs. Stir fry until the color changes, then pour in the onion and ginger. Then put in the ingredients such as diced tomatoes, diced potatoes, diced carrots and agaric. Then pour in the rice that has been soaked and washed before, stir fry (rice empty and dry water) evenly, and then pour into the electric rice cooker. Add hot water. Cover the ingredients with water (preferably a little less water). Simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir it halfway. Avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.
