Step1:Cut beef brisket into cubes. Cut potatoes, carrots and tomatoes into cubes. Spare onion, ginger and garli
Step2:Heat up the oil in the pot. Put in a small amount of ginger (anti stick pot) and stir fry the carrot and potato. Wait until it's a little yellow and serve.
Step3:Add some oil to the pot. Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the brisket blanched in hot water. Stir for 5 minutes and add some cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar
Step4:Add some boiling water. Add carrots, potatoes and tomatoes. My family uses a fast pot. Pour it into the fast pot together. Boil it for 10 minutes. Keep it stuffy for 20 minutes. Just leave the pot and put it on the plate. Add coriander to taste.
