Step1:Cut the leek into small pieces. Then pour it into a pot with the meat stuffing. Beat an eg
Step2:Add cooking wine, raw soy sauce and salt according to your taste. Stir in the same direction until it starts to glue
Step3:Make dumpling

Cooking tips:I bought pork directly. It's half fat and half lean, plus half pure lean meat. It's good for cooking.
