Step7:In the pickling process, we should use the following bowl juice, tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and juice =1-1-1-1 (not necessarily with fruit juice). The pineapple is more sour. Add some red fruit juice to increase the sweetness. The carrot juice from the farmer's orchard is good. It's also nutritious

Step9:Pat both sides of the marinated meat evenly with starch (do not pat too thick).

Step11:Deep fry twice in the oil pan. Once done. Twice crispy.

Step13:Stir fry in the base oil. Stir fry the garlic. Add in the green pepper and onion. Stir quickly for a few times. Cut and serve.

Step16:Add sweet and sour pork. Stir fry and wrap the soup. Time must be short. Just roll out.

Cooking tips:Meat is the main ingredient. Everything else is the auxiliary ingredient. So the dish can't be more than meat. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
