Step1:Wash garland and cut into sections for use.
Step2:Chop garlic and set aside.
Step3:Pour in some oil in the hot pot. Heat to 30% and stir fry the garlic. Put in the dry sauce (I use the sauce) and stir fry. Pour in the garland and stir fry for two or three minutes. Add salt and monosodium glutamate properly. Stir well and leave the pot.
Cooking tips:Because of the dry sauce, the salt can be reduced. The garlic will taste better if it is chopped. The dry sauce can be hydrolyzed in advance. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
