Pepper jam is a special food in Xuzhou. The taste is soft and spicy. You can eat it for a week at a time. Especially, porridge is the best choice.

Step8:Pour a small amount of water into the casserole (it's ok if you don't use an ordinary pot). Pour in the fried diced radish. Then add diced meat, dried tofu, soybeans and peanuts in turn. Season with soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Step9:Turn the heat to a small one and boil until the soup is thick.
Step10:A plate of spicy pepper sauce is ready.
Cooking tips:Carrots. There may be chili sauce on the market. It's the most common. Don't be a godmother or something. Dried beans should be white. No dried beans can be replaced by tofu. But tofu must be diced and oiled in advance. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
