Step1:Boiled pork after washin
Step2:Take out the drained water and slice it for standby (generally not sliced and stewed directly in whole piece with materials
Step3:Put it into a slow stew. Add wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger, star anise, fragrant leaves and dried Hawthor
Step4:Add water until the meat pieces are almost gon
Step5:Stew for 23 hours in a slow stew pot (you can also use a common pot to cook on a low heat. The slicing time is short ~ the whole cooking time needs to be extended
Step6:Boiled noodles (it's best to use fine noodles of Soviet style) ~ mix noodle soup with soy sauce for cooking meat ~ sprinkle a handful of green onion flowers ~ you can put a little bit of lard ~ put on meat slices ~ you can eat it.
Step7:Finished product
Step8:Meat slice close up
Cooking tips:The big pork stew is soft and rotten ~ sliced ~ you need some soy sauce soup to slice in advance. It's not as good as the whole piece cooked and then sliced ~ but it's less firepower. It also avoids the trouble of making the final slice and a hand of soy sauce. OK = = sometimes I think I'm lazy. I have skills in making delicious dishes.
