I ate this cold dish when I was playing in Thailand. It's characterized by sour and spicy.

Step5:Prepare 6 tbsp of hot water. Mix in white sugar. Stir and dissolve completely. Mix in lemon juice (green lemon or yellow lemon is optional). Mix in fish sauce, vinegar and chili oil. Finally, add salt. The quantity of salt should be determined by the individual. So try the taste in the process of seasoning. Pour the seasoning into the container for chicken feet. Stir with chopsticks until each piece is stained with the seasoning. Then put the seasoned chicken feet in the refrigerator again. It's OK to marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
