Step1:Wash the abalone. Separate the shell from the meat. Boil and disinfect the shell with boiling water. Be sure to clean the sand in the meat.
Step2:Remove the shell of scallop, wash it and bake it on a baking tray for more than 10 minutes.
Step3:Mix the cooking wine, onion, ginger and garlic, oyster sauce, abalone sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence and cooking wine in a small dish for use. I don't use ginger powder for ginger. Ha ha. It's still delicious.
Step4:The abalone meat is gently cut with a knife.
Step5:Wash and prepare the shell.
Step6:Bake in the oven for more than 10 minutes. Pour in the sauce just made while it's hot.
Step7:Swing the plate.
Step8:Put a scallop in the abalone. It's a success. It's simple and delicious.
