Cooking tips:1. When washing the fish head, make sure to rub off the black film inside the fish belly. This film contains a lot of lipid like, lysozyme and other substances. Eating is not healthy. 2. When chopping the fish head, cut it along the lower lip and belly of the fish from the middle. Do not scratch it thoroughly. Keep the fish skin connected. The stewed fish head is complete. It's better to sell a photo album. 3. When stewing fish head, if you want to ensure the integrity of the fish head, do not reactivate the fish head on both sides. Each time you only have a spatula.
