Step1:Tea tree mushroom. Soak hair in cold water. Cut root. Wash.
Step2:Chop the duck leg into small pieces. Put it into a cold water pot with ginger slices and cooking wine. Blanch the foam. Take it out and wash it. Control the water.
Step3:Put some oil in the pot. Heat the oil and put the boiled duck leg. Stir fry until the oil is out and the surface is slightly yellow. Add ginger powder, dried red pepper, cooking wine and stir fry. Then add tea tree mushroom and stir fry.
Step4:Mix in the raw, old, iced sugar and five spices and mix well. Add boiling water. Bring to a boil. Turn to a low heat and cook for about 30 minutes. Season with salt. Cook for another 10 minutes or so. Heat again and collect the juice. Sprinkle some chives before leaving the pot.
