Step1:Cut chicken into small pieces. Slice ginger and garlic. Cut green garlic into white sections. Cut dried pepper into small sections. Peel potatoes and cut into hobs for standby.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot, light the fire, stir fry the pepper, and then fish out.
Step3:Lower the sugar. Stir fry until the sugar melts. Until it turns brown.
Step4:Pour the chicken into the pot. Stir continuously. Make the chicken evenly stained with sugar.
Step5:Add rice wine. Stir fry ginger and scallion, green garlic, dried pepper and a star anise. Pour in soy sauce, salt, oil consumption and tomato sauce. Stir continuously. Stir fry until dry.
Step6:Add water that hasn't had chicken before. Roll away.
Step7:Then add in the potato chips. Boil over high heat, then turn to medium low heat and simmer.
Step8:It's less and less water. Add in green pepper a few minutes before leaving the pot.
Step9:Stir fry until the green peppers are broken, and then you will be out of the pot.
