Every time I go to a restaurant, my son's order is a dry pot of potato chips. Since children like to eat, they have to learn to do it.
Step1:Peel and slice potatoes. Slice streaky pork.
Step2:Cut the garlic. Spare. Green pepper can be used instead of garlic.
Step3:Sliced pork. Marinate with cooking wine and soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Step4:Cut the onion, ginger, garlic and chilli for us
Step5:Chili sauce and Douchi can also be increased or decreased according to your own tast
Step6:Heat the oil in a hot pot. After the oil is hot, put in the cut potato chips. Fry them while turning them over. When they are about to ripen, they will stick together and can be picked up with chopsticks until both sides are golden.
Step7:Fried potato chip
Step8:Go to the oil of the chips in the frying pan out of the pot. Leave some base oil and pour in the marinated meat. Stir fry for a while. Then pour in the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper. Stir to taste.

Cooking tips:When the chips are cut and fried, you don't need to wash the powder. Otherwise, the oil stars will splash when they are put into the pot. I didn't add salt. Because Douban and Douchi are very salty. You can also add some salt according to your taste. Don't waste the oil from fried potato chips. You can make oil and sprinkle hot pepper. I don't think many of my friends have fried potato chips in place. It takes about 15 minutes for the chips to be golden on both sides. It will be delicious to fry. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
