Step1:Wash the goose. Drain the water.
Step2:Mix all the ingredients you need.
Step3:Saute ginger and garlic. Then saute goose.
Step4:Put a little jam, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar (the specific amount of the above seasoning should be controlled by myself. I mix it according to my own taste. It's ok if I think it's delicious). The water should be soaked in goose. After boiling, simmer it over low heat until it's cooked (it means OK if you put chopsticks into it).
Step5:It's a success. It's delicious. Level 1. Yeah.
Cooking tips:It's better to stew the whole one. It's better to chop up the pieces and put them on the plate. My pot is not big enough and I can only chop up several pieces to stew. It's not so good-looking after putting on the plate (please ignore). But the taste is level 1. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
