Step1:Cut off the spinach and water. Dice the garlic. Cut the dried chilli into sections. Roll the sesame into pieces. Put the spinach in the bowl.
Step2:Hot pot cold oil (not too much). Add garlic and pepper when 50% hot. Turn off the fire when the garlic is slightly yellow. Heat the remaining temperature to golden yellow.
Step3:Add salt, rice vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, chopped white sesame and garlic oil to spinach. Mix well.
