My hometown is Ningqiang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. This is the birthplace of Han River. It has the reputation of the first city of Han River for three thousand li. Ningqiang's historical and cultural deposits are very thick. Its unique and dangerous geographical location makes the north and South cultures collide here. Qin and Shu customs are integrated here. Bashu culture has distinctive characteristics. Ningqiang people have two preferences for food. First, I like to eat sour, salty, hemp and spicy. I prefer to eat sour. Second, I like meat, especially pork. It's a common hobby of people in southern Shaanxi to like acid, but the people in Bashan mountain area love acid even more. So we usually use homemade pickled vegetable syrup to order tofu. We will add cabbage heart, bamboo shoots and other ingredients according to the season. The tender bean curd made by me today is a special seasonal delicacy in Bashan area of Ningqiang. This dish perfectly combines the tenderness of the bean flowers with the crispness of the bamboo shoots. It's accompanied by a pure and sour appetizer soup. Step1:1000 g soymilk for standb
